1. Penta Purchase and Refund Guide

You can request a refund for Penta purchased within 7 days.

Once some of it has been used, Penta cannot be refunded.

Bonus Penta is not eligible for purchase cancellation and refund.

Bonus Penta will be used before Penta and will be used first in the order of impending expiration.

2. Payment and Refund Policy (Google Play)

Google may grant refunds for some purchases made on Google Play, according to the refund policies described below.

If a friend or family member made a purchase with your account by accident, request a refund on the Google Play website.
If you find a Google Play charge on your card or other payment method that you or anyone you know didn't make, report the unauthorized charges within 120 days of the transaction.
If your refund request was approved, check how long the refund will take to process. Submitting multiple requests for the same transaction does not speed up the refund process. Refund decisions may take 1 to 4 business days.

3. Refund Request for Recent Purchases

If less than 48 hours have passed since you purchased an app or made a direct in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play.

If you purchased movies, books, or other types of content, you may be able to request a refund after 48 hours (see the policy below). In general, you will receive a response within 1 business day, but it may take up to 4.

Request a refund directly through Google Play for apps and in-app purchases.

After 48 hours

Contact the developer directly, who may resolve issues and process refunds according to their own policies.

4. Apps, Games, and In-App Purchases (Including Subscriptions)

Google does not grant refunds for most purchases on Google Play. However, there are some exceptions detailed below. You can also contact the developer directly, as they may resolve issues with purchases and process refunds according to their policies and applicable laws.

Refund Policy

1. Within 48 hours: You may receive a refund based on the purchase information. Follow the instructions on Google Play.
2. After 48 hours: Developers have their own policies and legal requirements, and may be able to grant you a refund.

Important Notes

You will receive an automatic refund if you uninstall a paid app shortly after purchasing it for the first time. If you want to reinstall it, you will need to purchase it again and may no longer be eligible for a refund on that purchase.
You can only return an app or game for a refund once. You will not be able to get another refund if you make the purchase again.
If a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the item.
If you purchase multiple items in a single purchase, only the entire purchase can be refunded, not individual items.
In general, refunds are not issued if you share your account or payment information with another person, do not comply with our policies, or do not protect your account through authentication.
